RETURNS
If you need to return a product you
must contact us within 2 weeks by
email
marie@spiritualweaver.com or by calling
at 1-479-239-4427. You must have
the original invoice number to reference (from
your e-mailed receipt). Returns will
subject to a 10% restocking fee.
DAMAGES
If you are missing merchandise from you order, or
have received damaged items, put the package aside
and contact us within 5 days so we may get the
issue resolved in a timely manner. Spiritual
Weaver will
upon your request replace any merchandised that is
received in damaged condition or as a result of a
picking error. No material will be accepted or
replacements issued without prior approval to
return such merchandise. Filing of claims will be
the responsibility of Spiritual Weaver and
appropriate supplier.
